The Big Wave: Nexus Bash!
The 3rd quarter or 2015 has started. Which, in other words, means that some big releases are coming up. Let's have a look then! The Nexus Duo
Google's new Nexus is about to come out. But wait, what is this? Two Nexus smartphones? What?Yes, Google has decided to release two Nexus devices, one via old partner LG, and one via newbies (in this regard), Huawei.
The LG Nexus 5 (2015) / Nexus 5X / LG Bullhead
LG are notorious for putting out masterpieces. The first was the LG Nexus 4 in 2012, which was the S3's main competitor. The next year came the Nexus 5, a top-of-the-line device with top notch specs. But both had one problem; the camera was below par for many, as most smartphones had gone to 5MP front snappers and 13MP back cams. This year it seems fixed, with a new 12MP camera here to complement a simplistic design (as ever, LG), though with a noticeable sensor bulge. the Front camera is a 5MP sensor. Also, the Nexuses FINALLY have finger print sensors! Yay!Full (Rumored) Specifications:
- 1080p Resolution, 5.2" Screen
- 3GB RAM
- Snapdragon 808 ( 1.84GHz Quad Core + 1.44GHz Dual Core / Adreno 430)
- 12MP Back Camera, 5 MP Front
- USB Type - C
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow
- Finger Print Sensor on the back
The Huawei Nexus 6 (2015) / Nexus 6A / Huawei Angler
Huawei are trying to make their way into the big ones, and partaking in Nexus production helps. Taking over from the HUGE Nexus 6 (6 inches of screen!), Huawei has a new device in line, code-named the Huawei Angler. With better specs than it's smaller sibling (though sporting the Snapdragon 810, a HOT processor) , this one will lead Google's line of phones as it is the best out of them all. With a new camera and a fingerprint sensor, this could well take the world by storm.Full (Rumored) Specifications:
- 1440p QHD Resolution, 5.7' Screen
- 3GB RAM
- Snapdragon 810 ( 1.8GHz Quad Core + 1.6GHz Quad Core / Adreno 430)
- 12MP Back Camera, 8MP Front
- USB Type - C
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow
- Finger Print Sensor on the back
