AMD R9 390 or the GTX 970? What's your pick?

The AMD's new Radeon R9 390 has just arrived becoming a rival of the GTX 970 !Both GPUs are in the 300 to 400  price dollar range depending from place to place and have their own goods and bads in their own ways which lets you choose what you want. The GTX 970 comes with 3.5 GB + 0.5 GB of VRAM whereas the new R9 390 come with a staggering VRAM of  8 GB !
The R9 390 however is quite a power hungry card for the same price as compared to the GTX 970 which consumes almost half of the power which is consumed by a GTX 970 and also has a higher memory clockspeed.

Both these cards however can easily max out any latest game out there at a resolution of 1080p to 1440p at above 60 fps to below 45 at average but the real question is that which card gives more performance per dollar? Which card is more future proof? For more info and details as well as benchmarks, Watch the video down below  :

Still confused?

So now that you have seen the differences
as well as the benchmarks, and if
you have a budget of 300- 400 bucks
for your new GPU , which one would you
prefer more over the other one to buy
and why? Tell us about your choice in the
comments down below.

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
