Nvidia's FASTEST Geforce EVER - Dual GPU Monster Graphics Card Coming Soon
Nvidia is about to launch its fastest GeForce GTX graphics card ever, a brand new dual GPU flagship product that’s coming out sooner than you might think. This upcoming monster of a graphics card will feature two GM200 class GPUs, the same GPUs that Nvidia uses to power its ultra enthusiast class GeForce GTX Titan X and GTX 980 Ti graphics cards.
Nvidia’s Dual GM200 GPU Flagship GeForce GTX Graphics Card Coming Soon.
Nvidia introduced its highly popular GTX 980 and GTX 970 graphics cards back in September of last year. Both cards are based on the company’s second largest chip of the Maxwell lineup, code named GM204. Many anticipated that the Cupertino based graphics chip maker would follow up that successful launch with a dual GM204 board. However such a product never came to be, and it’s very clear now why that is.
This upcoming card from Nvidia will obviously be the company’s first, and perhaps only, dual GPU card based on the brand new Maxwell graphics microarchitecture. One of the most significant improvements that Nvidia has achieved with Maxwell over the previous generation, code named Kepler, is the tremendous power efficiency gains. Which will directly contribute to performance, power and noise improvements on the company’s upcoming card over its previous dual GPU board, the Kepler based Titan Z.
At $3000 the Titan Z it was the most expensive GeForce product Nvidia has ever introduced. However due to its poor market performance the Titan Z saw its MSRP cut significantly on two occasions not long following its release. Suffice to say Nvidia will have learned its lesson and will not repeat the same mistake again, at least we reasonably expect them not to. The MSRP for their upcoming flagship has not been revealed to the press that attended the briefing, making it perhaps one of the company’s few well kept secrets.
This graph down below shows the different '' price : performance '' of the gpus' containing GM 200 series chip VS the upcoming GPU :
Probably it is the Nvidia PASCAL thing they had announced before !
So if this monster's out in the GPU battlefield, Who's up for buying this?
