Steam Controller is not working with MAC devices so Valve offered all their games to them for FREE!!!

Two new pieces of Valve hardware, the Steam Controller and Steam Link, don't currently work on Macs, as they are meant to. To compensate early adopters, Valve is giving away its entire game catalog.

People who had pre-ordered it received their product a couple of days ago but the MAC users faced a ''minor'' difficulty which was that , basically, the controller did not work and the same was the case with the link , even though the controller was functioning completely fine on windows.

"Unfortunately, there are some temporary software issues that prevent the hardware from functioning with Macs," an email from the Steam hardware team (via Eurogamer) reads. "We expect these problems to be resolved as we update firmware and drivers over the next few weeks."

Specifically, the Steam Link doesn't stream from Macs; Valve says an "upcoming update will add full support for streaming audio, video, and controller input." so, to summarize a new update is going to arrive soon for mac users facing the difficulty.

The users are instructed by valve to use steam's beta version for right now to get the latest bug fixes as well as to be able to use it in develpoer mode to be able to use the keayboard and mouse instead of the controller for the timing.

Now , to console the agitated users , valve took a friendly step which shows how much more it loves us than Microsoft and Apple . It extended the refund period from 30 to 60 days offering a full refund and even offering to pay the return shipping fee . BUT WAIT , THERE'S MORE...
Unfortunate as this is, the company is adding the Valve Complete Pack to affected users' Steam accounts. This is the complete collection of its games--and that includes "past, present, and future." (The past games alone cost $100 on Steam.)

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
